Which course option is better among M.Sc CS and M.Sc IT?

Syllabus of both M.Sc CS and IT is similar and has an overlap of up to 80%-90%. CS grads have minor advantage that they may be considered for System Programmer job in addition I to Application Programmer's job. But in long run, both CS and M.Sc IT graduates have similar scope.
