Both are very different. Where MBA is more practicable and projects oriented, M.Com is more of a continuous process of managing accounts of companies, managing sales and inventory, etc. MBA are generally more employable in diverse companies and have a broader scope. But before going for MBA, find out your passions and interests.

No doubt MBA is a better option to start a career as you have chances of getting higher pays. M.Com is more beneficial if you want to make your career in core finance. Apart from M.Com, certifications like CFA, CMA also enhances value.

    Hi,
According to market demand and competition market MBA will be the Better option to get good placement, knowledge about managerial skills, marketing strategy, case studies, financial management tools, etc.
But, you should try to pursue MBA from a top B-school after obtaining good score in CAT, MAT, G-MAT, NMAT or XAT.
