Which course option is better: B.tech CSE then MS(cs), B.tech IT then MS (cs) or Bsc.(cs) then MS (CS)

I have keen interest in programming and eager to have practical exp. I'm Confused with B.tech cse or it and B.Sc ( comp. Sci). after my UG, i want to go for MS from us, so I got selected in B.tech in IPU delhi. And in B.Sc form Delhi Univ.
