BAMS is better than BDS because it has good career opportunities as compared to BDS.

BAMS or BDS, it all depends upon your interest and chances to get the free seat.
If you get admission based on your score in entrance examination in either of the course then do it. If you are paying for either of the course then prefer BAMS.
