Which course options is better for getting banking jobs: BBA or B.Com?

    Hi,
    To get into banking sector, candidates should have completed graduation in any field (science/ commerce / arts).
    So, if you want to pursue B.Com then you can apply for banking exams like IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO, IBPS RRB, etc.

    If you are targeting job in public sector banks BBA and B.Com are equally good and sufficient qualification to appear in PO and clerical services examination. If you want to work in private sector bank then you must plan to do MBA and both BBA and B.Com meets eligibility criteria to do MBA.

    There is a radical change in banking sector, in terms of customer's needs, customer's satisfaction as well as objective in banking sectors. Now, the industry is exploring new areas in business possible areas. Once, B.Com was the preferred qualification in banking sector. MBA in banking and finance from top B-school is most preferred for the growth in banking sectors.
