Which course or stream should I opt for? I want to become an engineer but am weak in maths but strong in chemistry and biology.
I don't want to become a doctor.

You can apply for bio-medical engineering, chemical engineering, etc.

You may pursue biotech engineering or agriculture is also an option.

Ratnesh, if you are weak in maths, you can go for some of the branches that are meant for PCB students. You have B.Tech in Biotech., Food Tech., Biomedical engineering., Agritech., etc for them.
