A course has nothing to do with you getting the PR. It all depends on the job that you get after you graduate. To answer your question, you should pursue MBA because placements of MBA are pretty good in Canada as compared to other subjects. You can also opt for pharmacy if you are from a pharmaceuti

I didnt get your question exactly, but if you wished to know about the courses, the best ones are offered by XLRI, MDI-HR, SCMHRD, TISS etc. Onto the certifications side, we have HRCI, expertrating, brainbench and alison which provide online certificates of diploma etc.
