Which course shall I pursue after 12th among B.Tech and B.Sc? I have done my 12th with non-medical and I have interest physics.

If you are getting good colleges in B.Tech and also getting branch of your interesting subject, then its good to have a technical degree. Otherwise, B.Sc is far better if you are not getting good colleges.

It's your choice but physics is used in B.Tech and B.Sc.
