Which course shall I pursue along with B.Tech ECE for practical knowledge?

By practical, I guess you mean Industrial knowledge. So, you can do your industrial training from any company you want in your 2nd and 3rd year and get the whole industrial experience.

It's better to do mini projects in each and every semester.Try to learn Arduino and implement things based on lab equipment. Ex: op-amp, transistors and timers.
