Which course shall I pursue from Anna University? My cutoff is 186.25.

You need to mention your caste as there are reservations for each caste. However, you can have a seat only if you belong to SC, ST or SCA category as the seats are getting filled very fast.
You may refer the vacant positions from www.annuniv.edu and attend the counselling.
