Choose B.Sc IT, because it has a good scope in market. In BA there are very few opportunities that exists.

B.Sc IT will be more favorable as you have completed your 12th with science stream and it will be helpful also.

I think B.Sc in information technology is better than doing B.A. But apart from both the courses BCA is the best course for computer Science study. So, I would suggest you to consider it as a recommendation.

You should choose B.Sc in IT if you are interested in computer science. After that, you can pursue M.Sc in IT or take JAM to take admission in IITs. You can also pursue M.Tech after M.Sc by appearing in GATE exam.
