Harsh, first is both the courses are equally good.
Second, Law is not possible after 12th, it is only possible if it is an integrated/ dual degree.
So, after 12th go for integrated/ dual BBA-LLB/ integrated/ dual B.Com-LLB. Integrated/ Dual course will save one year as it will be a 5 year.course where as individually BBA/ B.Com is 3 year.s course and LLB is also 3 year.s course making it 6 year.s. Also integrated/ dual degree will save you of the pressure of finding a new college for law.
Admission to these courses is based on CLAT/ LSAT or tests conducted by particular universities or your marks in previous qualification I.e. 12th.

If you are interested in law, then go for LLB. If you also have interest in management, then you can enroll for CA course. It will give you perfect professional look.
