Which course should I choose after B.Sc biotechnology for a high salary package?

Biotechnology has better scope outside India. So, if you have interest in this principle rather do it from somewhere other than India (do research about it, if you're choosing a country). And you can be a Professor if you want to, by doing M.Sc. Ph.D. in zoology (for zoology).
