You should choose a course as per your interest, aptitude, hobbies and passion. Both courses have their own importance and need. If you are technically sound and has flair for technology then go for M.Tech, while if your inclination is more towards management and corporate jobs do MBA. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/LPUNEST) and should also have min of 50% to 55% in your Bachelors. The technical expertise can be abtained only from B.Tech M.Tech. This pathway will also helm yopu to move ahead with yur research projects. As I know of LPU, it offers special aids fro reseacrh. It would also offer good teaching assistant practices. If you have the bent of mind to enter the field of market, then youu need to go for an MBA. The expertise of marketing, finance etc. Cc is given for MBAs. It laso gives you another pathway of entrepreneurship. LPU offers best academics for its MBAs. M.Tech is the right choice for you. After this you can even switch to research or teaching. But if you want to work in the corporate sector, then MBA is the way to go. First and foremost, you have to understand that there is no point comparing M.Tech and MBAcourses. Both are specialised degrees and have value in their respective grounds. Both M.Tech and MBA provide excellent career options and have gained importance over the time. M.Tech or MBA is always an additional advantage to an engineer whether it is in terms of experience, knowledge or seniority.
