Which course should I choose between PGDM and MBA?

It's up to you what you want to do. Talking about these two career options, both of them have similar course curriculum, the only thing about this is that PGDM is a diploma which is approved by AICTE and is given by institutions whereas MBA is a degree which is given by universities approved by UGC
