Which course should I choose: electronics and instrument in NIT-Silchar, CSE at IIT-Vadodara or IIIT-Surat?

I've got 10530 rank in OBC in JEE Mains and my father is a govt. teacher of 3rd grade. I am from Rajasthan and have my Army NDA interview scheduled in September.
