Dear Manish, there is no set rule as to which field you should choose before MBA. Engineering or Commerce, both will have pros and cons.

You should pursue B.Com (Hons) from a reputed college.
SRCC, Loyola, and DU are the best options. After completing your graduation, try to qualify CAT, MAT, XAT or CMAT exam to pursue MBA from a reputed college.
