Which course should I choose? I'm in +2 & will score 75% in MH boards and 100 in MHCET. I'm thinking of engg./BBA/BCA/BCS? I'm confused.

If you are from science stream, you should choose engineering as per your interest and when you come from commerce stream, then you should go for BBA. Any other stream, you do have then BCA is good choice.

Sorry, but according to me with 96.09 percentile in MHT-CET through PCB, you cannot get admission to ICT for B.Tech Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology. The cuttoff competitively closes around 99.0 to 99.9 percentile.
