which course should i choose? MBBS or Engineering or Journalism?

i am shalini. i have been motivated from my childhood to become a doctor. but i always wished to become a journalist. my cut off marks are not sufficient for doing a MBBS course. i have also applied for engineering councilling and people are telling me that i can either. what should i do? confused..
