Hi Aniket, I will advise you to be a little realistic and practical now, you should be aware that securing a job in the United States firstly is a challenge, so getting a job immediately is somewhat more challenging. Which course you have to study will depend on what kind of job you want to. You can do MBA but MBA programs need applicants with work experience. Apart from MBA you can see MS Management. Once you complete the course you will be given 6 to 1 year time to look for a job.
