Which course should I do among Diploma and B.Tech to get into aviation field?

Tota, you have not specified what you have done.
If you are 10th go for Dual Diploma-B.Tech degree. You save your one year as well as pressure of entrance tests.
After doing a diploma you get direct admission in second year of B.Tech. There are many universities in India that are offering you these
