Dear,
According to your query, either you choose Bachelor of Hotel Management for inside and basic foundation of all the aspects.
Or choose BBA programme for the management or entrepreneurship knowledge and skills.

Both will help you that's you need to decide how you utilize either one of them. Open a business especially a restaurant or hotel require strong business skills, leadership qualities. Chef or other supporting staff is something that you can hire.
