Which course should I do in my Bachelors as I am interested to pursue MBA in marketing?

BBA / BMM/ BMS are equally good for MBA. You can pursue any of these with focus on marketing. You can start preparing for CAT from last year of BBA/ BMS to get better score and get into top b school.

B. M. Graduates can expect to work in a wide variety of positions in the media field, including advertising, content writing, editing, journalism, and PR. Whereas BMS is Bachelor of Management Studies which is an undergraduate degree course in the management field. So BMS is very much aligned to MBA
