The CFA program provides a strong foundation of advanced investment analysis and real-world portfolio management skills that will give you a career advantage.
But, MBA degree give you overall knowledge of Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Planning and skills to survive in Competitive market.

According to me, you need to check your interest and goal like in which profile or company want to join.
But my recommendation will go for MBA programme because of its recognition and skills, which you will learn apart from portfolio management in finance specialisation.
