The choice would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. If you intend to pursue academics, teaching, research or scientist as a profession, then you can pursue M.Sc. However, if you intend to join a corporate in general management areas, then you can pursue MBA.

Dear aspirant, Biochemistry, Genetics and Microbiology are the roots of many interdisciplinary Sciences like BioTechnology, Molecular Biology Nano Biotechnology. I recommend you do M.Sc. In Virology or Medical Microbiology for a better opportunities in this sector. Hope it helps.
