Which course should I opt after graduation: MBA or MCA?

I am currently pursuing B.Sc IT and I am interested in teaching.

    With MCA, you'll gain deeper technical expertise; whereas MBA will focus on the management perspective.
    If you are interested in teaching core technical subjects like programming languages, DBMS, etc. then MCA would be ideal.
    If you are interested in dealing with management subjects, with a blend of technology, then MBA will be right.
    Also, attempt for exams like NET/SET, as many institutes demand for such criteria.
    In future, PhD will be a great advantage to have.
