Which course should i opt after MBBS? Is doing fellowship in emergency medicine (MCI-recognized) worth doing or CPS DGO ?

I have completed my mbbs from an indian medical college. I was keen on taking a ms obgy seat but could not make it as did not get good enough rank for it. As i wish not to waste my another year and not to buy a seat,
