Go for PGDM MBA. It has great scope. I clear the problem for you in simple words, A company needs 10 Marketing MBAs (for sale, profit, advertising, etc ) , while it only needs 1 HR MBA ( for recruiting Proper candidates for company ) and 1 Finance MBA ( for tally the company's gain and loss,etc. ) Best of luck for future :-)

The main difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree and is offered by universities, whereas, PGDM is a post-graduate diploma offered by AICTE approved institutes. Indian universities come under the University Grants Commission (UGC) and can, therefore, award degrees like the MBA degree, also known as MMS in Mumbai. Universities follow the UGC format for course content. On the other hand, reputed management institutes design their courses based on industry feedback and business relevance. They are not covered under the UGC. An Executive MBA, or EMBA, is a graduate level business degree. This program is a lot like a regular MBA program. The main difference is that an executive MBA program is primarily designed to educate and enhance the careers of working executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and other business leaders. There is a wide choice of institutes offering Executive MBA or PGPX programs.
