You have already done graduation, so now you can go for 1 year specialization courses in hotel management.
1 Year Certification course in food production will help you learn and train you about the preparation of various cuisines like Bakery, Continental, and European etc. The course is specialization course and is approved from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council.
The Hotel School offers this course to you in its 3 campuses which are in Delhi, Haldwani and Pithoragarh.

You can go for a bachelors in Hotel management but that would take 3 long years and you would have to wait for a really long time before you can take a step towards getting a job. You could instead get a MBA in hospitality management from a good college and land up at a decent job up front desk manager, executive staff in a good hotel.
