Which course should I opt for if I want to get expertise in writing articles?

I want to write articles and I am very fluent in English. I came across the BA (Hons.) Course for English and that is something that gained my interest. I want a college with low fees, where I can do BA (Hons.) In English. Which colleges/courses would you recommend? P.S. I want a college in Delhi.
