Which course should I opt for in my Masters in Germany? Which are the good universities in Germany to pursue Master's degree?
I have 8.5 CGPA in my graduation and 7 band in IELTS.

It is a very good career option to do MS in Germany. You stand good chances in getting admission in MS in German Universities. Without knowing your graduation branch of engineering, it will be difficult to advice you further.
