Which course should I opt for in UG, BCA or B.Tech?
I have a keen interest in computers and software.

B.Tech in CSE is an engineering degree and higher degree in comparison to BCA. B.Tech CSE is the most accepted qualification for software engineer in India. It is recommended that you can opt for B.Tech CSE.
