It is very nice that you wanted to move to journalism. As we all know that now a days there are many institutes which give a degree (bachelor, diploma and master) in the filed of journalism. Since you are already an engineer I would prefer you to either do a diploma in hindi /english journalism or go for Post Graduate. Nevertheless you can also work as a freelancer journalists with different newspapers/magazines/news channels.Google the institutes. For more help you can contact me further.
    Always there to help you.
    Good Luck!
    Thank you
