Which course should I opt in Canada, PG Diploma or Masters? Which is the best college or university for the same?

I scored 70 percent marks in BE in electrical engineering.

Since you are from engineering background, it is recommended you choose a course relevant to electrical engineering. The visa officers are very particular about your choice of course and if they feel you have opted for a course not in sync with your educational background, they can reject your visa
