Rather than course, focus on few points. What a job demands from you to be a suitable candidate?
    These are the area:
    1. Personality.
    2. Communication.
    3. Your past activities.
    4. Your performance in the interview.
You should good knowledge about what is happening in the field in which you are applying, how you perform, etc.

There is nothing called an excellent line \ function. Each and every job has its pros and cons. You have to be brutally honest and put down your skill sets. You should then look at matching your skill sets, with the functional requirements
