Which course should I opt in my Masters in Germany? Which is the best university for the same?
I have opted for mechanical engineering. My CGPA is 7.99. I am in the seventh semester.

It depends on which stream/branch are you in. If you do mechanical engineering then it's well and good to do Masters from Germany.
There are many universities where you can apply; university selection depends on which courses are you applying for.
