If your job gives you satisfaction & you wish to enhance career in similar fields, better try to get admissions to Executive MBA.

Executive MBA is meant for persons who have adequate work experience and who, while in their job, realize that they require certain management skills and hence opt for a year's executive MBA course. The regular MBA ia a two year course which should be preferred by you as rightly advised earlier by @raj69021.
