Which course should I opt: MS in civil from abroad or MBA in construction management from India?

It depends upon your interest, if you want to explore your managerial skill in infrastructure sector, then go for MBA, or if you want to explore your technical skills and explore the world then go for MS, both have great reputation in the construction field, now it's your choice.

In terms of having a scope abroad, you can choose MS in civil engineering but have to spend a lot of money for that.
