    For better growth prospects and exposure pursue BCA / B.Tech in computers/B.Sc (computer science).

    To become a software engineer, you should opt for B.Tech in CS, which is a Bachelor's degree. You will be eligible for B.Tech after completing class 12th. For Diploma, you can opt for polytechnic in computer science after completing class 10th.
