Which course should I opt to get into a techno commercial background as I'm working as a Dy. Manager in a cement plant?

I have done my engineering. In electronics and after that, I started my career as an instrument engineer in a cement plant 7 years ago. I'm currently working as Dy. Manager instrument in same industry.
