    Hi,
    If you want to make your career in banking sector, I suggest you to for IBPS exam. You can start your career from IBPS PO. The salary of IBPS PO after 7th commission will be around 40k. So, for a fresher, it is a good start & yes, there is a excellent career growth after it. Watch this video to know more about bank jobs-

    MBA in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) is a good option to start your career in banking sector, this will be a leap in your career and you will start as a management trainee. You can also opt for IBPS and you will start from a lower level (clerk or officer). You can go for MBA in some good finance oriented colleges like Institute for Financial Management and Research apart from top notch IIMs.
