Which course should I prefer if I am interested in information technology, information security, cyber forensic, cyber security, etc.?

For plain degree in I.T., you can opt for B.E. or B.SC. in I.T.
Also, for Cyber Forensics or Cyber Law, check for "Asian School of Cyber Law". They have such courses.

Continuing with the example I gave, that of BSc-I.T. and certificate course of Cyber Law..
Full time graduation course, here BSc IT, has timings mostly like 7-12 or 8-1, or so..
And certificate courses could be few days a week with just 2-3 hours a day, or maybe on weekends with longer time duration
