Which course should I prefer if I am interested in information technology, information security, cyber forensic, cyber security, etc.?

try B.Tech CSE from top college. . also have a look at VGU Jaipur once

For plain degree in I.T., you can opt for B.E. or B.SC. in I.T.
Also, for Cyber Forensics or Cyber Law, check for "Asian School of Cyber Law". They have such courses.

You have an option of doing both simultaneously.
Like, for eg., you can pursue B.SC.(I.T.) and also have a certificate course in Cyber Law. It is manageable. It'll give you an extra edge. -
