Which course should I prefer: PGDBM from Narsee Monjee or distance MBA from ICFAI?

Hi, I am a working professional. I had all my working experience in health insurance. I have checked all the details, I am a bit confused about Narsee Monjee & ICFAI. Please guide as Narsee Monjee is offering PGDBM & ICFAI is offering MBA. In future, will there be any issue if I go with PGDBM?
