Which course should I pursue abroad after completing BAMS?

I am in the final year & want to go for higher studies. But I want to study abroad, can anyone please suggest all the courses that I am eligible for and can pursue in countries like US, Australia, Canada, etc. I am also interested in hospital administration and health care management.
