Which course should I pursue after B.Com: PGDM or hotel management?

It depends upon your interest. Hotel management and PGDM, both the courses are good. If you like to do official work like managing and sorting files with papers, documents related to corporate work, then you must opt for PGDM.
If you like cooking, making favorite dishes, then you can go for hotel management.
