    If you are interested in higher studies or research then you may go for M.Tech. For doing M.Tech, you should have at least 55% in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE.     its all depend on u
    whether u want to go in research and serve the Science(M.Tech) or u want to get settle(MBA).
    engineers do MBA after B.Tech coz they think its a easy way to make money and its true.
