A post graduation is a good bet. M Tech and MBA are preferred choices depending on your aptitude. Besides institutes like CDAC, NIELIT etc and a good number of private institutes run PG Diploma courses.

Hi. You can opt for CDAC if you want to pursue courses related to embedded systems, VLSI, Software/hardware testing. You can also opt for networking related course like CCNA in case if you want to be a network administrator which do has demand nowadays. PLC/SCADA automation is also a good field but you gotta have experience for doing job in this field. Another option is, you can go for SAP,. SAP professionals are in demand thro'out the world.SAP modules such as PS,SD, PP are having immense scope abroad. see lot of courses are there but you gotta show interest in what you do.
    all d best.
