    Hello Adarsh,
It is a logical outcome that as you have completed BCA, so you should go for MCA but considering current and last 5 years market scenario, demand for MBA has increased gradually compared to MCA. You have learned all your basics in BCA and while you will working you will eventually Maters those basics skills by executing on daily basis but management skills, you will get from expertise only. And that is why number of students enrolling for MBA every year is increasing as the demand for MBA graduates are also increasing. So, I would suggest you to go for MBA IT.
You can refer below universities for such course:

It depends on where you wish to see yourself after the completion of the course. If you wish to be loyal to your stream and aim at becoming a system analyst or a programming specialist, then an MCA is preferable. If you are confident of your managerial skills and wish to climb the corporate ladder, then you may prefer an MBA. But to be still loyal to your stream, you may like to do an MBA in Systems/IT.
