After completion of your B.Com you can consider doing Academic Course like:-
M.Com
MBA
Or
You can do following Professional Courses:
Chartered Accountancy
Company Secretaries
Accounting Technician Course

There are many certification programs after completing B.Com. If you want to go for banking, then you need to appear for IBPS exam. There are also certificate courses with NIIT, which have tie up with IFBI for banking contract jobs.

You should try for government jobs. If you want to pursue higher education, than you must go for MBA.
