Hello Raghu Ram,
After completing your B.Com, you can make career in the field of your interest.
If you want to study further, then there are too many options available like : CA, CS, MBA, M.Com, etc.
But if you want to do a job, then you should start preparation for government job exams like ban

As per my experiences, you should go for a job and join with any of the reputed universities for MBA via distance education. I would suggest you to join with NMIMS University. Even I am doing my MBA from the same university.

After B.Com, you can do M.Com, MBA, CA, CS, etc. Now, you can appear in exams like IAS,IPS,banking, etc.
